Srijani was diagnosed with liver failure which was caused as a side effect of jaundice.

and be running.

Srijani was admitted to the hospital. She was 19 years 7 months old when she underwent
the liver transplantation which was performed under Dr Anand Ramamurthy and his team
at Kolkata.
Srijani’s mother donated 65% of her liver. Liver transplantation helped Srijani to recover
and get her back to normality
She finished her graduation and is currently preparing for administration oriented examinations whilst pursuing a diploma in information technology.

The Diagnosis
Dnyanashree was approximately 2 months short of her 16th birthday when she was diagnosed with Jaundice by her doctors at Pune.
The need for Transplantation
Dnyanashree’s condition deteriorated drastically in the next 20 days and her doctor felt liver transplant was her only option. Her situation was critical, which led her doctors at the Pune Hospital to contact the Integrated Liver Care.
